Mrs. Kristi Seaton
Vestry Secretary (Ex-officio)
Mrs. Kristi Seaton has attended St. Mary's Episcopal Church since June of 2020. She formerly attended and served in The Church of the Nazarene. Kristi graduated from Nazarene Theological Seminary in May 2019 with a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies and was awarded the "Heart of a Servant" award. She specialized in academic research of the intersection of race and the American church during Reconstruction. She especially enjoyed church history and Christian ethics classes.
Kristi was a bonus mom for three step children and numerous foster children. She has been with her husband Kent for almost 16 years, married for 12 of them. She enjoys entertaining, cooking, reading and urban hiking. She is working on becoming a hospital chaplain and was recently made a postulant for the priesthood. Her future academic plans are to complete a Master of Divinity and the required Anglican studies.
